Sometimes the speed that the people work at is dependent on the number in the queue. If there is no one, they think they can take their time. Whereas when there is a crowd, they think they better hurry and work faster to clear the queue!
Or it depends on the number of transactions the person in front of you has. Sigh. Thats why I hate going to the banks and post office. You never know how long you have to wait. Patience is a virtue!!
That sounds like my kind of service! Sorry to hear about Coco... our pet fish died recently too. I told the girls that he went on vacation back to the pet shop to visit his friends.
